After running with Malcolm this weekend it’s clear to those that have caught a flashing glimpse of him as he flies through the forests of Hampshire that he’s in great shape for this years West Highland Way. He’s as cool as ice and more focused than Hubble. This week will be full ‘chill down’ as he prepares to take the safety catch off, commences countdown and launches himself at the course.
